Online purchase made through Fullofstar.com can be returned or exchanged within 15 days from the delivered date.
All return/exchange items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed and with all the original labels attached in original packaging. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued. You are welcome to make an exchange as long as it is in stock or alternatively get a refund.
We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first.
Step 1: Please email our customer service representatives at firstname.lastname@example.org to get a return authorization and return address.
Step 2: After receiving your email with exchange/return request, our customer service representatives will send the exchange/return instructions back to you via email. Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return.
Step 3: You will receive refund within one week or have an exchange order processed after we receive your package. We'll email you once processing your refund or exchange and the refund will be issued to your original payment method. FYI: It will take longer time (maybe 1 to 2 weeks depending on which CC company is) to process the refund for the bank if your original payment method is credit card.
All orders are subject to a handling period before shipment and get shipped out usually within 2-5 days. After receipt of payment, you will then receive notification of both processing and shipment.
We source from a few select suppliers to keep our prices low, therefore your order may come in multiple packages depending on availability when the order was placed.
